If you need your screen to be split into actual virtual screens where an application will go full screen only for a specific zone then I recommend Virtual Display Manager by iShadow. Some of the other tools have other built in functionality that I simply do not need but you may find a use for them. I have literally tried every single application under the below URL and found FancyZones to be the best since it is constantly developed by Microsoft so the implementation is almost native. It adds a control button to create a PiP window (only 1 at a time allowed) which you can go full screen in a zone. This extension is great if you consume media (Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc.) through your browser. It also centers as FancyZones cannot move games correctly unless you run the game in Windows mode with borders. These are my global settings to run certain games in at 2560 x 1440 / 16:9 when I stream or just play games that the FOV doesn't behave well with 5120 x 1440 / 32:9.
